Iran must be stopped as a state sponsor of terrorism

On July 3, the Ontario Court upholds the $ 1.7 B judgment against Iran, ruling in favor of American victims of terrorism.
This ruling is a major victory for the victims of terrorism and it holds Iran accountable for its support of Hamas and Hezbollah during terror campaigns from the 1980s through 2002. The court rejected the state’s immunity and accused Tehran of trying to derail Canada’s justice for victims of terrorism act. They said that the very fact that a foreign government would engage in the sponsorship of such atrocities as the acts of Hezbollah and Hamas is chilling. To use peaceful legislative means to combat terrorism is entirely consistent with Canadian legal morals.

The list of terrorist activity is long: in 1983 Hezbollah killed 241 American servicemen, in 1984 Hezbollah killed 14 people, various kidnappings in the 1980’s one ended in a hanging and others were tortured.  Three bombings in the 1990’s by terrorist organizations

Irans evil presence in Yemen

Ever since the war started in Yemen there has been an evil Iranian presence. The Iranian regime has from the very beginning supported the Houthis. The Houthis started the war because they refused to support the democratically elected president. Using the role model of Lebanese Hezbollah, the IRGC created a surrogate group in Yemen exploiting the tribal disputes and a Shi’ite minority in that country. The Houthi tribe became the prime candidate for organizing such a movement. The Iranian plan was to expand the war to overthrow the government in Bahrain, and to create unrest in the Shiite population in Saudi Arabia.

We, Yemeni people, demand to put IRGC, Houthis militias and Iraqi militias in terrorist list
The Iranian clerical regime has ever since they hijacked the Iranian people's revolution had a plan of a Shiite crescent in the middle east ruled from Tehran.

Syria-Bashar al-Assad is a big hindrance in trying to move forward

The US Ambassador to the UN, Nikki Haley says that Syria’s  President Bashar al-Assad is a big hindrance in trying to move forward to find an end to the country’s 6-year conflict. Also, Iran is a big hindrance when it comes to ending the conflict in Syria. the only reason for Assad to have an upper hand in this conflict is the support from Russia, Iran and the Hezbollah from Lebanon. Without the foreign terrorists, Assad would have been toppled at the beginning of the conflict. It is about time USA and Russia come together and find a better solution, but the issue of Assad is going to be there.
U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley
U.N.- led peace talks are currently being held in Geneva. Haley said U.N mediator Staffan de Mistura desperately wants the United States to be part of finding a solution to the conflict in Syria.
When you have a leader that are willing to use chemical weapons on his own people you must ask yourself if that is someone you can work with. Assad has, of course, denied using chemical weapons but if that is the case, who is dropping these bombs?  Haley stated that if we don’t have a stable Syria, we don’t have a stable region and it is only going to get worse.  An unstable middle east region is a threat to the whole international community and it is very important to find a solution to it.

But to get a stable middle east we must get rid of the Iranian presence in Syria, that is the only solution to the conflict. The Syrian opposition said Thursday it rejected “any role” now or in the future for current President Bashar al-Assad.
The opposition will never accept any role for Bashar al-Assad at any phase... there will be no change in our position,” said Monzer Makhos, a spokesman for the opposition High Negotiations
Committee, composed of key Syrian opposition groups in Geneva.

Iran-IRGC is the main tool for suppression and terrorism

As the new year was approaching in Iran, we saw how the IRGC was treating the celebrating people. The IRGC’s Basij militia, used violence to try to prevent people from celebrating the fire festival. Political prisoners used the fire festival to protest against the regime. The IRGC is using violence with such brutality that it must be compared with a terrorist organization. And this action from the IRGC is not uncommon outside of Iranian borders either.

IRGC is a terrorist Group
We all remember the 900 missing men and boys from Aleppo, and we all remember the genocide the IRGC was committing in the same city with the help of Assad’s thugs, the Lebanese Hezbollah and the Russian bomber jets. The IRGC has a lot of Syrian children’s lives on their conscience if they have one that is something I doubt. As the citizens of Aleppo was forcefully evacuated the IRGC was using the evacuating convoy’s as target practice, killing wounded people, rescue workers and children.

The list of the crimes committed by the IRGC under orders from the clerical regime in Tehran is long and bloody. We all remember the terrible sacrilege that was tried to be committed against the holy city of Mecca by Houthis from Yemen. The ballistic missile that was fired against Mecca came from Iran. Iran has for many years fueled the war in Yemen, Iraq and Syria. Although in the war in Yemen they are mostly shipping weapons and ammunition to the Houthi’s they do not provide soldiers. But in Syria the IRGC has been fighting on the ground alongside Assad’s army. They have fought with such brutality that they have earned to be classified as a terror organization.

There has also been revealed a lot of brutality against Sunni Muslims in Iraq, the IRGC is torturing and brutally murdering innocent civilian Sunni Iraqis. The crimes committed by the IRGC can be compared with the crimes committed by the IS in the same region. There is no secret that the clerical regime in Iran and the IRGC is behind the birth of IS. They are in Syria now under the pretext of fighting IS but if we take a look at the records they have not engaged in combat against IS and Assad has not fought IS either. They have only slaughtered innocent Syrian civilians, mostly children and their mothers, not soldiers.
There are also disturbing news about a training camp for children that is training children as young as 5-6 years old in weapons use, the children and their mothers are brainwashed to believe that there is an honor to die as a martyr for the regime. This is no different from the actions of IS. The IRGC is using games and brainwashing to turn the children into loyal canon fodder. The children are trained to hate Israel and USA. This practice started right after the Iranian revolution and child soldiers was used in 2011 to suppress Tehran protesters, according to the Guardian.
All this evidence is pointing out that there is no doubt that the IRGC is in fact a terrorist organization and must be branded as one, they must be blacklisted.

Iran-The IRGC must be designated as a terrorist entity

Iran growing network to train foreign terrorists, dissident group says

Iran’s hard-line Islamic regime has escalated it's overseas terrorist operations, establishing a network of over a dozen internal training camps for foreign fighters, the regime’s largest resistance group said at a press conference on Tuesday in Washington.
The National Council of Resistance of Iran issued its intelligence report specifying the camps’ locations and the countries represented.
The council’s largest member is the People’s Mujahedeen of Iran (MEK). It boasts an extensive spy network inside the mullah-run government, including the all-powerful Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps and its special forces wing, the Quds force, and has a track record of exposing clandestine parts of the Iranian national security apparatus.
The Quds force played a significant role in the Iraq War by training Iraqi Shiites on how to make bombs that killed scores of American troops. The Quds force is now directing thousands of Iraqi Shiite militia members in Iraq, some of whom have gone to Syria to fight for the regime of Syrian President Bashar Assad.
The U.S. calls Iran the world’s No. 1 state sponsor of terrorism. However, neither the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps nor the Quds force is on the State Department’s list of designated terrorist organisations. The Treasury Department in 2007 designated the Quds force as a material supporter of terrorism, but National Council of Resistance of Iran officials say the U.S. government should go much further.
The Iranian resistance has emphasised on countless occasions that the source and the epicentre of terrorism, fundamentalism and regional meddling is the fundamentalist regime ruling Iran,” said Alireza Jafarzadeh, deputy director of the council’s Washington office.
The council said Iran’s supreme leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, has approved a directorate inside the Quds force “in order to expand its training of foreign mercenaries as part of the regime’s strategy to step up its meddling abroad, including in Syria, Iraq, Yemen, Bahrain, Afghanistan and elsewhere.”
“The camps have been divided based on the nationality of the trainees and the type of training,” the council said. “Both terrorist training and also military training for militias are provided, enabling them to better infiltrate and advance the regime’s regional objectives.”
“Every month, hundreds of forces from Iraq, Syria, Yemen, Afghanistan and Lebanon — countries where the regime is involved in front-line combat — receive military training and are subsequently dispatched to wage terrorism and war,” the statement said.
In Lebanon, Iran supports, arms and finances Hezbollah, a U.S.-designated terrorist group that is also fighting for Mr. Assad in Syria.
Beyond the Middle East
Some Quds graduates have shown up outside the region and on the U.S. doorstep in Latin America.
Homeland Security Secretary John Kelly testified before Congress, when he commanded U.S. Southern Command as a Marine Corps general, that Hezbollah operatives had arrived in South America and that Iran had opened scores of Islamic centers there.
Critics of the Obama administration’s negotiated nuclear deal with Iran, which freed up billions of dollars in frozen assets, say the concessions have failed to temper Tehran’s bellicosity or its desire to exert hegemony over the Persian Gulf region.
The council’s report says the Quds force oversees 14 training bases from operation headquarters at the sprawling Imam Ali airbase. The commander reports directly to the Quds commander, Gen. Qassem Soleimani, who has been directing operations in Iraq and in Syria.
The largest number of enlistees at Imam Ali are from Syria. They learn how to fire heavy weapons and missiles and to operate drones.
The council listed what it said were the locations and secret code numbers for other camps that conduct training in urban warfare, such as riding motorcycles in terrorist attacks. The council’s report, using satellite imagery, locates each camp on a map of Iran.
The Shahriar Garrison in south-west Tehran, for example, specialises in training Afghan mercenaries, who are then sent to Syria.
At the press briefing, Mr. Jafarzadeh, the council official, called on the Trump administration to add the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps and its Quds force to the State Department’s terrorist list.
“The IRGC is the backbone of the apparatus established to preserve the dictatorship, which itself rests on three pillars,” he said. “The first is suppression within Iran. The second is the export of terrorism and fundamentalism beyond Iran’s borders. And the third is the program to manufacture a nuclear bomb and nuclear-capable missiles to threaten other countries.”
MEK was once on the State Department’s terrorist list, for attacks it was accused of carrying out in the 1970s and 1980s, first against the government of the shah of Iran and later against the clerics who overthrew him and now dominate the regime in Tehran. The group fought a long, battle to get the designation lifted, and the Obama administration delisted MEK in 2012 after attesting that it had not been involved in terrorism for over a decade.
