What impact will Trump’s decertification of the JCPOA have on the Iranian regime?

 15.10.17
By Zohair Ahmad

A few days ago Trump was addressing the JCPOA and all its flaws. He made it very clear that the days of appeasement of the Iranian regime is over and done with. He made it clear that the United States will make sure that Iran never acquires a nuclear weapon. He also pointed out that the IRGC’s activities must be stopped at any cost.
He further stated that the suffering of the regime’s longest suffering victims, its own people must come to an end. Trump claimed that if the nuclear deal had not been signed in 2015 the Iranian regime as we know it would cease to exist. The American President acknowledged the criminal actions of the regime and that steps would be taken accordingly.
Maryam Rajavi welcomed new US strategy for Iran

The President-elect of the NCRI, Mrs. Maryam Rajavi welcomed the decision from the American President as a good step in the right direction. She added that a firm policy towards the regime is long overdue, however, the ultimate solution is the overthrow of the regime and the establishment of freedom and democracy in Iran by the Iranian people and its resistance.
She stated that the appeasement policy towards Iran regime has been the one thing standing in the way of a regime change in Iran.  Mrs. Rajavi welcomed the designation of the IRGC as a terrorist entity under executive order 13224 and described it as an inevitable, necessary step for regional and global peace and security. She added that the IRGC is the prime means of suppression, execution, and torture in Iran, spreading terrorism throughout the world, warmongering and massacres in the region.  Mrs. Rajavi added some practical steps in the new US policy against the Iranian regime:
-The regime’s crimes and particularly the 1988 massacre of 30 000 prisoners must be referred to the UN Security Council and the criminals must be brought to justice.
-The clerical regime, the IRGC, and its mercenary militias must be expelled from Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Afghanistan, and Yemen. And they must be prevented from shipping arms and dispatching forces to these countries.
-In view of its support for terrorism and continued human rights abuses, the Iranian regime must be denied access to international banking systems.
  - And the previous UN Security Council resolutions on the clerical regime’s nuclear weapons project, ban on nuclear enrichment, as well as free and unconditional inspections of military and non-military centers must be implemented.  Only time will tell how the middle east puzzle will look like in a few years but one thing is certain, the Iranian people and its resistance will not rest until Iran is a free and democratic Iran. The Mullahs will no longer rule the oppressed Iranian people and the country will prosper and grow once again.

How does Iran sponsor global terrorism with IRGC?

07.10.2017
By Zohair Ahmad
In a short but very informative video, we can see how Iran has been training terrorists in Iran and dispatching them across the globe. Iran is the very reason ISIS came to be. Even the United States Government, in their annual report on terrorism 2016, referred to Iran as the world’s foremost state sponsor of terrorism. They also state in their report that Iran is, in fact, employing foreign nationals.
But how does Iran pull that off? We need not look any further than the IRGC’s extraterritorial arm, the Quds force, they are involved in terrorist activities all around the globe, not only in the Middle East area.

The history behind the IRGC is that the force was established to preserve the power of the clerical dictatorship of the regime. The IRGC is ensuring that by committing terror against its own people. The IRGC is also the main force that ensures the regime's pursuit of a nuclear weapon.

The volcano of anger is about to erupt on the Iranian mullahs.

29.09.2017
By Zohair Ahmad
This past week we have been witnesses to an enormous rise in protests across Iran, people are fed up with the bad ruling of the clerical regime and people are no longer afraid of the regime.
People no longer put up with the looting and plundering of peoples funds by the mullahs of the regime, people want their money back and they are protesting to show the regime that they are very discontent with their way of conduct against their own people.
The crises the increase in protests are a sign of is that of a regime that is on the brink of collapse, all the protests across Iran is shaking the very foundation of the clerical dictatorship of the mullahs.
Iranian workers protest

Some of the protests were about lack of payment according to reports the workers of the Azar-water factory have not been paid for almost 5 months, the workers at Hepco factory have not been paid in full since December 2016.

One other source for the protest was the Caspian Credit institution that was able to plunder peoples savings with impunity, they were able to do this thanks to their links to the much hated IRGC, the Iranian regime’s  terrorist organization. More than 5000 institutions of this kind have been plundering the people for more than two decades.
On September 20th, the National Council of Resistance of Iran reported that 1,800 workers of the Azarab factory in Arak gathered for the fourth day to protest the company’s failure to pay their salaries and benefits for six months. The response from the regime was that of regime repressive forces firing tear gas into the crowd in an attempt to disperse the protesters. There was also fired live rounds into the air and the regime forces were beating the workers with clubs.

The rise in protests that we can see happening in Iran is a sign of the boiling conditions in Iran the peoples discontent of the mullahs are like a volcano ready to erupt, and when it does that will mark the end of the dictatorship of the mullahs.
The rise in protests shows that the society in Iran is explosive and the mullahs see this and they fear it, the regime is very well aware of the power of the people, the mullahs elite, the looters are only 4% of Iran's population, the remaining 96 % are the poor starving civilian population. And the 96% will prevail and overthrow the tyrannic regime and pave the way for the Iranian resistance that will bring peace prosperity and democracy to the oppressed people of Iran.

Iranians gather in New York to protest Rouhani’s presence in the UN General Assembly

14,09.17
By Zohair Ahmad

For several years now, Iranians community in the USA and their supporters have held rallies in front of UN to Protest the conduct of the Iranian regime. This year is no different. The rally this year will take place on September 20th outside the UN headquarters. This year a photo exhibition commemorating the anniversary of the 1988 Massacre will be on display.
Present at the rally this year will be exile-Iranians and their supporters which will be joined by many Syrians who are protesting IRGC presence in Syria. The main slogan in this rally will be «No2Rouhani». but also «Iran out of Syria» the call for a regime change in Iran is also important issues for this rally.
In this rally, thousands of Iranian-American community members will join human rights activists and prominent civil and political leaders to condemn unabated executions in Iran. We have seen under Rouhanis tenure that in fact the number of executions are not unabated but are in fact increasing. More than 3000 executed, in July alone at least 101 Iranians executed. So far this year 408 people have been executed according to official numbers but the actual amount of executions might be higher due to secret executions. It is therefore of utmost importance that we protest this grave violation of human rights that is taking place at the hands of the Iranian regime. It is a known fact that Rouhani represents a regime responsible for the execution of 30 000 political prisoners in 1988, and the UN must recognize this and uninvite him to the UN assembly. Iranians demand the UN not to allow a perpetrator of the 1988 massacre of Iranian political prisoners access to the UN assembly.
Protest of Iranian youth tribute the 1988 massacre victims

One other issue important in this rally is the urgent matter of expelling the Iranian regimes forces IRGC out of Syria, at this rally the demand will be to remove all Iranian presence in Syria so that the Syrian people will get their freedom. It is a known fact that without the support of the terrorist group IRGC, Assad would have lost power many years ago. Rouhani is the main supporter of dictator Assad in Syria, and the only way to be able to end the conflict in Syria will be to expel Iran from the whole region. One of the most hideous crimes committed in Syria by IRGC was the Aleppo massacre in 2016. Therefore the demand is to expel Iran from Syria.

We demand the UN, judge Rouhani by his deeds and not by his words for he has no problem to lie if that gives him an advantage. Look at how he is approving torture in prisons, not objecting to executions, he was, in fact, the very man that expressed the wish for public executions after Friday prayers. Rouhani was one of the key players behind the mass executions of political prisoners in Iran in 1988.
Iranian Americans will in this Rally emphasize that regime change in Iran is imperative and achievable, not by means of outside military interference, but from Iran’s own people and their organized resistance, which is fully prepared to facilitate that change. Please keep speaking out for the political prisoners in their 40th day of hunger strike. We must show them they are not forgotten.
You are welcomed to join.

The Iranian people volcano exploded & this time in the city of Baneh

05.09.17
By Zohair Ahmad

Today people in the city of Baneh exploded in the face of the mullahs regime, for many years Kurdish kolbars (border porters) have been target practice for the IRGC and today Iranians are protesting the assassination of the two kolbars Ghader Bahrami and Heydar Faraji. But these two are not unique, over the years kurds have been considered second-grade citizens by the regime and for many years the kurds have been defending their lives against the terrorist group IRGC. And today the Iranian people are telling the terrorist mullahs that they will not put up with the actions of the IRGC anymore, the volcano of Iranian willpower erupted in Baneh today.

The protests today are a result of the regimes increase in killing poor Kurdish kolbars and tradesmen. The majority of Kurdish kolbars have no other choice than to work as kolbars due to poverty and lack of other options of work. Statistics say that more than 68 000 people are working as kolbars in Iran’s border provinces. The Sardasht region of Kurdistan has earned the reputation of being the deadliest border region in 2016, 18 kolbars killed or wounded by IRGC. So far this year the IRGC have murdered or wounded 100 kolbars and the numbers are rising.  In 2017 we have seen that the age of the kolbars is lower than ever before, on the 21st of August,17-year-old Vahid Dolatkhan Jankanloo was shot dead in Yarimthe city of Mako.

The numbers of dead or wounded kolbars so far for 2017 are almost doubled compared with 2016. just in the last month, a total of 21 kolbars have fallen victim to IRGC. In the first seven months of 2017, 24 kolbars was shot dead by the IRGC, 53 wounded. In total 47 kolbars have died in the first 7 months of 2017.
Iranians in Bane are in their right to protest because of the failure of the regime to fight poverty in the Kurdish regions of Iran. Instead of working to end poverty and to create jobs in the region the regime are killing the men and boys that have no other option to make a living for their family. Today, September 5th, a large group of residents of the city gathered outside the governor's office to protest and they demanded that the attacks against the poor workers must end. A number of shops and markets were closed in support of the protest. In a number of video clips from the protest, we can see evidence of clashes between the protesters and the Iranian regime’s state security forces.
The uprising of the brave people of Iran are in motion, the wave of the Iranians will sweep across Iran and sweep her clean from the regime. When the kurds and the Persians rise together the regime will fall, so let’s join forces and show the mullahs that we stand together for freedom and democracy.

The Iranian resistance has repeatedly called on international organizations to condemn the killings of those poor workers by the Iranian regime’s revolutionary guards or state security forces.

The culprits from the 1988 massacre and why it is important that they are prosecuted.

11.08.17
By Zohair Ahmad
As Rouhani starts his second term he has made some changes in his government, but it is not for the better, he just replaced an executioner with another. Alireza Avaie is replacing Mostafa Pourmohammadi who was one of the three members of the death commission responsible for the 1988 massacre.
The homepage of The 1988 Massacre in Iran site

Rouhanis new minister of justice, Alireza Avaie, was directly involved in the 1988 massacre of political prisoners in Iran’s Khuzestan province. It has been proven Avaie’s involvement in the 1988 massacre in Younesco prison in the city of Dezful in the south west of Iran. Avaie served as Dezful’s prosecutor from 1979 to 1988. during the horrific massacre in 1988, he was serving as the revolutionary court prosecutor. Avaie was in fact sanctioned by the European Union in October 2011 for his role in human rights violations and direct participation of torturing and massacring political prisoners.

US Congress targeted IRGC and passed new sanctions on Iran

27.07.2017
As the NCRI so nicely revealed the new sanctions have sparked a wave of fear and concerns within the regime. Both media and agents of both factions of the regime are writing about the terrible consequences of adopting these sanctions. And it is true that the sanctions will have terrible consequences for the regime but the sanctions will be a blessing for the Iranian people and all the neighboring countries Iran is currently at war with.
US house blacklisted IRGC

The big question this time is, the Iranian regime have been able to work their way around sanctions in the past, will they be able to work through the wave this time?
I don’t think so, not this time first of all the regime has not really been able to work around the previous sanctions, this we know because if they had they would never have come to the negotiation table and given up their most important protective shield, a nuclear weapon.

Secondly, the sanctions that were put on Iran this time will have much more serious consequences especially since these sanctions will be followed by a changing US policy towards Iran.
One thing that will be interesting to see is how the regime will respond to the sanctions. They have already expressed that they think these sanctions are a violation of the spirit of the JCPOA deal. Inside the regime, they are discussing how to face this new situation. They are indirectly talking about revenge. Like one of the lower clerics said «makes us annoyed by new sanctions and its misbehavior about JCPOA, «we should reciprocate by creating» a list of areas and issues that cause Americans to be disturbed.» a Rouhani faction newspaper warns with great fear about this option that Tehran - Washington move expeditiously toward a dangerous accident.
The Iranian resistance, on the other hand, welcomes the sanctions and that they designated the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) as a terrorist entity. This is an essential step in rectifying the damaging policy of the appeasement that needs to be completed by evicting the IRGC and its affiliated militia particularly from Syria and Iraq as well as the recognition of the Iranian people’s right to overthrow the clerical regime. «Countering Iran’s Destabilizing Activities Act of 2017» the Act underscored that 90 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the President shall impose the sanctions, with respect to the IRGC and foreign persons that are officials, agents or affiliates of the IRGC. All property and interests in possession of designated individuals or entities that are or come within the United States. In fact, all transactions in any shape, size or form with Iran will be illegal.
The designation of the IRGC as terrorists is a good first step towards a regime change in Iran, the Iranian people have been telling the world about the necessity of a regime change to secure peace and democracy in Iran and its neighboring countries. The only way to secure that is to support the Iranian resistance in their work to overthrow the Islamic regime. And these sanctions will weaken the already weak regime and a regime change is one step closer.

IRGC must be blacklisted to bring forth peace in the Middle East

On the 2 year anniversary for the Iran- nuclear deal, it is proven that Iran might not have a nuclear bomb yet but they have used the money released by the deal to wage war in the whole ME region. And they have been working hard to produce a working long-distance ballistic missile that will be capable of carrying a nuclear warhead.
IRGC forces in a parade
There has been talking about how the «moderates» won the last (S)election in Iran but Rouhani and his cabinet are far from moderates, in fact, Rouhani was one of the orchestrators behind

New U.S. sanctions on Iran, a response to support of terrorism

On July 18, 2017, US announced new Iran related sanctions. The sanctions are a response to Iran’s malign activities across the Middle East. Iran continues to support terrorist groups like Hizballah, Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad that is a threat to Israel and the stability in the Middle East. Iran has maintained its steadfast support for the Assad regime. Iran has also provided weapons to Houthis in Yemen that threatens freedom of navigation in the Red Sea and the security of Saudi Arabia. And Iran continues to test and develop ballistic missiles despite warnings.
U.S. department of state-new sanctions on Iran
In response to these continued threats from Iran, the US Administration announced to day that it has designated 18 entities and individuals supporting Iran’s ballistic missile program and for supporting Iran’s military procurement or Iran’s Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC). Today’s actions were taken pursuant to order  (E.O) 13382, which targets proliferators of weapons of mass destruction and their means of delivery and supporters of such activity, as well as (E.O) 13581, which targets transnational criminal organizations. The entity that is in focus in these sanctions is several branches of the IRGC like the Aerospace who does research and development of ballistic missiles.

Additionally, the US department of the treasury’s office of foreign assets control (OFAC) designated seven entities and five individuals for engaging in activities in support of Iran’s military procurement or the IRGC, as well as an Iran based transnational criminal organization and three associated persons.

One other issue that was addressed in this report was the illegally detained US citizens and other foreigners on fabricated national-security related charges. The US administration calls upon Iran to release U.S. citizens Baquer Namazi, Siamak Namazi, and Xiyue Wang and all other unjustly detained U.S. citizens. The report does also mention Robert Levinson that has been missing for more than a decade, the FBI offers a reward of 5 million Dollars for any information that could lead to Robert’s safe return.
The report also addresses Iran’s human rights violations. Like the denial of the freedom of religion or belief as well as other human rights and fundamental freedoms to individuals in Iran.  Arbitrary arrest and detention of members of religious minorities and political activists are common as is the use of torture and other forms of abuse in detention. Iran also coerces Afghan refugees into participating in combat in Syria, deporting those who refuse to do so, and it supports militias fighting in Iraq that recruited and used child soldiers.
The report concludes with the announcement that the US will continue to aggressively counter Iran’s malign activities in the region and that they will closely monitor Iran’s nuclear activity and make sure that they uphold the JCPOA. The US will continue to use sanctions to target those who lend support to Iran’s destabilizing behavior and above all, the United States will never allow the regime in Iran to acquire a nuclear weapon.

This report upholds Trumps promise to hold Iran accountable for their crimes against human rights and to hold them accountable to the JCPOA. The US will keep a close look at Iran’s ever move, and rest assure if Iran violates any of its restrictions they will have to pay.

Expel Iran Spies from Germany and Blacklist IRGC

In the annual report from the German Federal Ministry of the Interior 04.07.2017, the threat from Iran is taken seriously, the security officials are advised to follow the activities of the Iranian intelligence services (MOIS) very closely, they are considered a threat to the security of Germany. The report states that the main task for the MOIS is to spy on and suppress opposition movements (Mostly MEK/PMOI) at home and abroad. In addition, the service gathers political, industrial and scientific intelligence in Western countries.

Iran must be stopped as a state sponsor of terrorism

On July 3, the Ontario Court upholds the $ 1.7 B judgment against Iran, ruling in favor of American victims of terrorism.
This ruling is a major victory for the victims of terrorism and it holds Iran accountable for its support of Hamas and Hezbollah during terror campaigns from the 1980s through 2002. The court rejected the state’s immunity and accused Tehran of trying to derail Canada’s justice for victims of terrorism act. They said that the very fact that a foreign government would engage in the sponsorship of such atrocities as the acts of Hezbollah and Hamas is chilling. To use peaceful legislative means to combat terrorism is entirely consistent with Canadian legal morals.

The list of terrorist activity is long: in 1983 Hezbollah killed 241 American servicemen, in 1984 Hezbollah killed 14 people, various kidnappings in the 1980’s one ended in a hanging and others were tortured.  Three bombings in the 1990’s by terrorist organizations

Iran-From Khomeinism to ISIS in the name of Islam

By NEWMOJ
• Before Islamic fundamentalism was recognized as a global threat by the international community. On this day, Khomeini issued one of the first "death Fatwa's" justifying the killing of an author named Salman Rushdie, the writer of "satanic verses"
New Bounty on Head of British Author, Salman Rushdie
• Fatwa is a ruling point given by recognized authorities having the role to explain Islam and guide the faithful in modern matters that were not previously tackled by scholars or specifically addressed by the Quran.

• the National Council of Resistance of Iran ( NCRI ) exposed  the new threat posed by the Iran Revolutionary Guards placing a new bounty on the head of controversial British author, Salman Rushdie.
It says the decision coincides with the anniversary of the fatwa, or

peoples demonstration against the plundering by the IRGC

Since May 22 the Iranian people have shown their discontent with the fact that the IRGC ‘s company the Caspian institution have been plundering people’s funds and accounts. The demonstrations have been taking place all over Iran, in Tehran, Mashhad, Ahvaz, Abadan, Khorramshahr, Boushehr, Zahedan, Rafsanjan, Shoush, Omidieh, Aligoudarz, Ardebil, Azna, Alashtar, Rasht, Gorgan, Babol, Sari, Amol, Hamadan, Daroud, Nahavand, Boroujerd, Khorramabad, minoodasht, Kermanshah, Sousangerd, Mehran, Dehloran, Yassouj, Mahallat, Ilam, Delfan, Ramhormoz and Kouhdasht. Protesters all over Iran have been demanding to get their deposits returned, this was funds earned by many years of hard work.

The demonstration outside of Bank Markazi (Central Bank) on May 29 contained thousands of plundered people that clashed with the suppressive forces who tried to disperse them.  The Iranian people have noticed that the regime is weak and unstable and they are taking advantage of that fact and are openly criticizing the regime. The regime resort to mass executions to silence all critical voices but that is futile, the Iranian people have had enough and will no longer be silenced by threats.

There is no secret that the culprits behind the rising poverty in Iran is, in fact, the clerical regime that has been systematically

The outcome of the Iranian sham election makes no difference

The outcome of the Iranian sham election makes no difference for ordinary people, but if you look at the candidates it is most likely that Rouhani, Raisi or Qalibaf will win. Jahangir will most likely drop out in favor of Rouhani. The two other candidates Mirsalim and Hashemitaba do not have a chance at winning.

Uprising a Fear of Iranian Regime as Elections Draw Near
The MEK has put up posters around Tehran and most people do not wish to vote for any of the candidates they want a democratic election. But everyone knows that as long as the clerics rule Iran there will never e a democratic election.

The disagreements about the candidates have split the Khamenei faction into 4 camps:
1.Avoid participation who was the supporters of Ahmadinejad
2.The suppressive forces, JAMNA who supports Raisi and Qalibaf
3.Motalefeh who supports Mirsalim
4.Fundamentalists who support Rouhani
Both Rouhani and Jahangir asked for Khamenei’s permission in February 2017 and Rouhani stated that if Khamenei had someone else in mind he would drop out.
JAMNA was created several months ago with the aim of creating unity among various Khamenei factions to support a single presidential candidate.  The leaders of this faction are Nateq Nouri, Ali Larijani, Ali Motahari and a number of struggling clerics and clergy in Qom.
Our selection:Maryam Rajavi

The JAMNA coalition wants Raisi to become the next president, Khamenei approved his candidacy in March 2017. Qalibaf had initiated his campaign a year before the election. Qalibaf refused to register as a candidate after the IRGC and Khamenei supported Raisi. Khamenei’s office asked him to register so that he could appear in presidential debates and to make revelations against Rouhani. At the same time, he would portray Raisi as a non-partisan actor. Qalibaf should opt out in favor of Raisi. Qalibaf is registered as an opponent to Rouhani so Jahangiri registered as a candidate to support Rouhani.
Khamenei has staged this to make it appear as if there are real competition in the election. He wants a large voter turnout in order to fool the international community into believing that the regime enjoys popular legitimacy. Khamenei also invites foreign reporters to specific polling stations where the regime's supporters and agents line up to make it look like all Iranians are voting. The regime is also preventing the reporters from browsing other polling stations. Domestic reporters will face threats and intimidation while covering other stations.
The IRGC has created fake identification cards and is also using the ID cards of deceased people to vote. Another trick the regime are using is that of increasing the votes for each candidate four or five fold to show a higher voter turnout.
The truth of this election is that there will be no change no matter which candidate becomes president. All candidates are in fact approved by Khamenei and no one of them will become president if Khamenei disapproves.  The biggest fear for Khamenei is to experience an uprising like the one in 2009. This was a big scare for the regime and it showed the regime that they are not as popular as they think. People show their discontent with the regime in different protests around Iran.

denial of Iranian polling stations in Canada is good news

The news about the decision of the federal government denial of Iranian polling stations in Canada is good news if you see it from the Iranian people’s point of view. According to the Iranian Canadian Congress (ICC), they believe that the decision will not damper the efforts to renew diplomatic relations between Canada and Iran. Our hope is that the Canadian government votes in favor of Bill S-219 and that they think of the welfare of the Iranian people before profit. It is of utmost importance that the regime does not get any diplomatic relations with other countries before they respect and uphold the human rights bill.
Canadian Federal government

There are human rights violations in Iran daily and the violations are of grave character. The only hope to save the innocent people of Iran is that the Canadian Senators understand the deceiving mullahs lobbying and that they are setting demands on Iran to uphold human rights before they do any kind of business with them. The ICC does not think that the American president’s approach towards Iran will have any influence on the Canadian approach to Iran, but we hope that the Canadian government does not give the Iranian regime any slack when it comes to demands related to Human Rights.
Iran Election 2017

If we look at Iran at present day the regime denies to break any human rights but we have evidence that they are in fact violating human rights by imprisoning political opponents, they imprison journalists or get them flogged. The list of daily violations are long and bloody, the worst violations are that of juvenile executions. Children at the age of 15 for boys and 9 for girls can be sentenced to death in Iran. all this must be in the back of your head when you are considering to reestablish diplomatic relations with Iran. if the Canadian government is renewing their diplomatic relations with the Iranian regime they are indirectly approving the regime’s human rights violations and that will be a black stain on the Canadian government.
We, therefore, urge the Canadian government to be cautious when they are dealing with the Iranian clerics and are willing to halt the negotiations until the evidence of human rights violations is looked upon and estimated.
To all Canadians I send a plea, please urge your Senate members to vote in favor of Bill S-219. By doing that you will save a lot of Iranian lives.

The Syrian opposition delegation walked out of the peace talks

On May 3 the Syrian opposition delegation walked out of the peace talks in Astana citing that they do not recognize Iran as a participant in any peace talks regarding Syria, the delegate said before walking out that Iran is murderers and had no place in these talks.  I agree with them, if you take a look at the situation on the ground in Syria there are more IRGC fighters present then Syrian Army fighters and they are escalating the conflict, not trying to solve it. The PMOI say in their article about the memorandum that the Syrian armed opposition rejected the Russian plan to create safe zones in Syria, calling it a threat to the country’s territorial integrity, and said it would also not recognize Iran as a guarantor of any cease-fire plan.

On may 5th the Russian, Turkish and Iranian delegates announced an agreement to reduce the violence in certain areas of Syria.  In the statement from the U.S Departement of State, they expressed concern about the agreement and the involvement of Iran as a so-called  Guarantor. Iran’s activities in Syria have only contributed to the violence, not stopped it, and Iran’s unquestioning support for the Assad regime has perpetuated the misery of ordinary Syrians.
The skeptics of this memorandum are concerned about Iran’s part in this plan, Iran and IRGC are known to escalate the conflicts on the ground, not prevent them, therefore, the outside world does not think of Iran as the best choice as a guarantor in creating de-escalating violence zones. The US is also skeptic about Iran’s role in this plan as we have all been witnesses to the genocide in Aleppo performed by the IRGC and of course the abduction of 900 Syrian boys and men as the citizens were forcibly evacuated from Aleppo. No one knows exactly what happened to the abductees.

The IRGC was also present at Shayrat airbase that was used to bomb Khan Sheikhoun city with sarin gas. The war crimes committed by the IRGC towards Syrian civilians makes it difficult for the opposition to trust Iran as a guarantor. This is is understandable seen from the opposition's point of view, from their standing point Iran can not be trusted and that will make it very difficult to obtain the cease-fire zones. They have all to often seen the war crimes committed by IRGC and also by Assad troops, but if Russia can keep IRGC under control there is a slight chance that the Syrian civilians will get a better daily life. But that remains to be seen, the success of this plan rests with how firm the Russian bear are towards IRGC.

Iran-IRGC has a clear participation in the chemical attack on Idlib

There is now evidence that the bomb dropped in Khan Sheikhoun contained illegal chemicals. According to doctors who observed the symptoms of the victims, it was most likely sarin gas or a similar nerve agent. As mentioned earlier Sarin is a nerve agent that kills its victims by asphyxiation, that means that the victim suffocates due to the inability to control the muscles involved in breathing functions. Initial symptoms following exposure is a runny nose, tightness in the chest and constriction of the pupils. 1 to 10 minutes after inhalation the victim will die. Sarin gas is a very potent killer because a victim's clothing can release sarin for about 30 min after it has come in contact with sarin gas, which can lead to exposure of rescue workers.

Assad's news agency claim that they used regular bombs that hit a chemical bomb factory used by the opposition. The probability of that is rather slim, first no opposition group will store both agents needed to make a chemical bomb in the same factory, the risk of accidents are too high, secondly, if it was so, the probability of both agents to react correctly in a shelling is practically like zero. One of the precursors in sarin gas bombs is isopropyl alcohol if hit by a bomb it will go up in a ball of flames. And thirdly, if Assad's forces knew that there was a chemical bomb factory and they hit it deliberately, it is a war crime.
Khan Sheikhoun chemical attack
The most likely reason for this crime is that Assad was ordered by the IRGC. The IRGC was suffering heavy losses in this area and the revolutionists were gaining ground, they were about to lose the area and needed a leverage. The losses of the IRGC was so high that on March, 31, four days before the chemical attack, Qassem Soleimani visited the IRGC forces in Hama area to boost their Morale. So the claim that Assad was bombing KhanSheikhoun on orders from IRGC is not so far-fetched as it seems.
Qassem Soleimani visited the IRGC forces in Hama
It looks like the bombing was retaliation over the heavy losses that IRGC suffered, and to stop the opposition in gaining more ground, they were on the outskirts of the city of Hama at the time of the bombing. Assad has an obligation to follow orders from IRGC, In March 2013 the Syrian opposition was quite close to a victory they were getting closer to the presidential palace ready to occupy it, Assad who was sure of losing was preparing to leave the country. The IRGC saved Assad from being overthrown. The reason for Assad to depend on IRGC is quite clear, Assad’s ground forces are weakened so all offensive ground operations are now carried out by the IRGC with heavy support from Assad’s air force. It is, therefore, evident that if the IRGC and its mercenaries are evicted from Syria Assad will fall, and there will be a regime change.

Irans evil presence in Yemen

Ever since the war started in Yemen there has been an evil Iranian presence. The Iranian regime has from the very beginning supported the Houthis. The Houthis started the war because they refused to support the democratically elected president. Using the role model of Lebanese Hezbollah, the IRGC created a surrogate group in Yemen exploiting the tribal disputes and a Shi’ite minority in that country. The Houthi tribe became the prime candidate for organizing such a movement. The Iranian plan was to expand the war to overthrow the government in Bahrain, and to create unrest in the Shiite population in Saudi Arabia.

We, Yemeni people, demand to put IRGC, Houthis militias and Iraqi militias in terrorist list
The Iranian clerical regime has ever since they hijacked the Iranian people's revolution had a plan of a Shiite crescent in the middle east ruled from Tehran.

Iran IRGC's role in Syria

In the aftermath of the American airstrike on the Shayrat Airbase, we have seen the presence of the IRGC. This base has been the Airbase used to bomb the liberated areas in the northwest of Syria, the Idlib province.
At the Shayrat airbase, IRGC has been instructing Assad’s forces in their attacks on Syrian civilians. It would not come as any surprise if we at a later state got evidence that IRGC was, in fact, ordering Assad to use chemical bombs.

It is well known that this airbase is used to carry out Irans will in Syria. Also, the statement from the Iranian regime that it was not clear if chemicals have been used are highly suspicious.  The Shayrat air base is one of the most important training bases in central Syria and most of the military attacks have been carried out from this base. The IRGC is providing Assad with a variety of bombs that are made in Iran and they are stored at this airbase. IRGC members are present in most Syrian airbases. they are briefed and instructed by IRGC QUDS force commander Qassem Suleimani who is literally in charge of directing Iran’s terrorism and instructing Assad.  It will be interesting to see how Russia will respond to the recent chemical attacks, Turkey’s Erdogan has made it clear that he condemns this attack and shows his support for the Syrian opposition. What more will be to see how far is Trump willing to go to show that he is the toughest dog in the street? Will he continue to strike at Assad until Assad's forces are demobilized, or will he stop now? The future of Syria’s children depends on Trump’s further actions and we urge him to continue raiding Assad's airfields to save as many Syrian civilians as possible. It will also be interesting to see if the IRGC will instruct Assad to retaliate against the USA, but that would be extremely foolish on the other hand, Iran is not known to follow common sense so that remains to bee seen. Maybe the retaliation will be taken out on those who can not strike back, the innocent Syrian civilians. IRGC’s role in Syria is quite clear, to fuel the civil war as much as they can because the regime knows, as soon as the war in Syria are over or they get evicted they must fight in the streets of the major cities in Iran. the main goal for Trump must be to save lives and that means to put an end to the war. The only way to do that is to expel Iran from Syria and to demobilize Assad. We know that America has the power to stop Assad, let us hope they use it.

The US ambassador to the UN, Nikki Haley told the CNN that removing Assad from power is a priority. This marks a U-turn in the US policy regarding Assad, that changed when the horrific images from Idlib landed on Trump’s desk. Getting Assad out is not the only priority. So what we are trying to do is obviously defeat ISIS. Secondly, we don’t see a peaceful Syria with Assad in there. Thirdly, get the Iranian influence out. And then finally move towards a political solution, because at the end of the day this is a complicated situation, there is no easy answer and a political solution is going to have to happen she said. She also said that a political solution would not happen with Assad in power. A regime change is the only solution for a peaceful Syria.  The whole world except Iran has condemned the use of chemical bombs and Mrs. Maryam Rajavi from the Iranian resistance expressed her deepest condolences to the brave people of Syria and she urged that those responsible must be brought to justice.
