What impact will Trump’s decertification of the JCPOA have on the Iranian regime?

 15.10.17
By Zohair Ahmad

A few days ago Trump was addressing the JCPOA and all its flaws. He made it very clear that the days of appeasement of the Iranian regime is over and done with. He made it clear that the United States will make sure that Iran never acquires a nuclear weapon. He also pointed out that the IRGC’s activities must be stopped at any cost.
He further stated that the suffering of the regime’s longest suffering victims, its own people must come to an end. Trump claimed that if the nuclear deal had not been signed in 2015 the Iranian regime as we know it would cease to exist. The American President acknowledged the criminal actions of the regime and that steps would be taken accordingly.
Maryam Rajavi welcomed new US strategy for Iran

The President-elect of the NCRI, Mrs. Maryam Rajavi welcomed the decision from the American President as a good step in the right direction. She added that a firm policy towards the regime is long overdue, however, the ultimate solution is the overthrow of the regime and the establishment of freedom and democracy in Iran by the Iranian people and its resistance.
She stated that the appeasement policy towards Iran regime has been the one thing standing in the way of a regime change in Iran.  Mrs. Rajavi welcomed the designation of the IRGC as a terrorist entity under executive order 13224 and described it as an inevitable, necessary step for regional and global peace and security. She added that the IRGC is the prime means of suppression, execution, and torture in Iran, spreading terrorism throughout the world, warmongering and massacres in the region.  Mrs. Rajavi added some practical steps in the new US policy against the Iranian regime:
-The regime’s crimes and particularly the 1988 massacre of 30 000 prisoners must be referred to the UN Security Council and the criminals must be brought to justice.
-The clerical regime, the IRGC, and its mercenary militias must be expelled from Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Afghanistan, and Yemen. And they must be prevented from shipping arms and dispatching forces to these countries.
-In view of its support for terrorism and continued human rights abuses, the Iranian regime must be denied access to international banking systems.
  - And the previous UN Security Council resolutions on the clerical regime’s nuclear weapons project, ban on nuclear enrichment, as well as free and unconditional inspections of military and non-military centers must be implemented.  Only time will tell how the middle east puzzle will look like in a few years but one thing is certain, the Iranian people and its resistance will not rest until Iran is a free and democratic Iran. The Mullahs will no longer rule the oppressed Iranian people and the country will prosper and grow once again.

Ambassador Haley spoke at the American Enterprise Institute about the Iran deal future

US Ambassador to the UN Nikki Haley said that the 2015 Iran nuclear agreement, the JCPOA, was a bad agreement which Iran has repeatedly violated.
Ambassador Haley spoke at the American Enterprise Institute about the deal Tuesday, Sep 5, 2017.

The ambassador said that the JCPOA is "a very flawed and very limited agreement. But even so, Iran has been caught in multiple violations over the past year and a half."
She said that Iranian violations of the agreement began soon after it was signed. "In February 2016 – just a month after the agreement was implemented – the IAEA discovered Iran had exceeded its allowable limit of heavy water. Nine months later, Iran exceeded the heavy water limit again. Both times, the Obama Administration helped Iran get back into compliance and refused to declare it a violation."
Ambassador Haley accused the Obama Administration of putting the deal ahead of all other concerns and said that the JCPOA prevents the US and the international community from acting to put an end to Iran's other destabilizing activities, such as its control of multiple international terrorist organizations.

"Another major flaw in the JCPOA is its penalty provisions. Whether an Iranian violation is big or small – whether it is deemed to be material or non-material – the deal provides for only one penalty. That penalty is the re-imposition of sanctions," she said
"And if sanctions are re-imposed, Iran is then freed from all the commitments it made.
"Think about that. There is an absurdly circular logic to enforcement of this deal. Penalizing its violations don’t make the deal stronger, they blow it up.
"Iran’s leaders know this. They are counting on the world brushing off relatively minor infractions, or even relatively major ones. They are counting on the United States and the other parties to the agreement being so invested in its success that they overlook Iranian cheating. That is exactly what our previous administration did."
Ambassador Haley said that US President Donald Trump would present his evaluation of Iranian compliance with the deal to Congress next month. Under the Corker-Cardin law, the president will also have to tell Congress whether the removal of sanctions on Iran continues to serve the interests of the US.
According to the ambassador, the US and the world must deal with all of Iran's actions and not subordinate its terrorist activity and ballistic missile development to a flawed deal on its nuclear program. "In short, we must consider the whole picture, not simply whether Iran has exceeded the JCPOA’s limit on uranium enrichment. We must consider the whole jigsaw puzzle, not just one of its pieces."
"That’s the judgment President Trump will make in October."

Iran uses commercial Boeing jets for military purposes

26.08.17
By Zohair Ahmad

In these days, evidence has surfaced that the Iranian regime is using commercial air flights to transport soldiers from Iran into Syria. This is a breach of the nuclear agreement that Iran signed with US officials, an agreement that gave US aircraft producers license to sell aircraft and spear parts to the Iranian regime but was restricted to apply to commercial traffic only.

This new photographic evidence comes at a point when top U.S. air carrier manufacturer Boeing moves forward with a multi-billion dollar deal to sell Iran Air a new modern fleet. Many congressmen have opposed the deal due to Iran’s longstanding use of commercial aircraft for military purposes, it remains unclear if the Obama administration was aware of this activity.

Ever since the last round of nuclear negotiations in 2013, and especially after the JCPOA in 2015 the IRGC has intensified

If Iran gets a nuclear bomb!?

The NCRI have in a press conference they held today revealed that the regime continued their pursuit of a nuclear bomb even after they signed the nuclear deal. the unit called SPND is controlled by the IRGC and have had the work on Iran's nuclear project as their main task. The facility where the SPND was working has been off limit to the International Atomic Energy Agency  IAEA.
NCRI press conferance
The main question is why? What is the regime hiding in the facility? Sources for the Iranian resistance have revealed the true purpose of these facilities, they are part of Iran's great plan to create an Islamic nuclear empire with Tehran as its capital. If they obtain a nuclear bomb there will be great devastation to the neighboring countries and I fear that some of them will cease to exist.
The SPND are divided into 7 divisions which have been working on different part of the nuclear project.  One of these divisions is working under the cover of being a research academy. The MEK source revealed that the nuclear enrichment has continued even under the nuclear deal in these secret facilities.

Revelation of Iran Regime's Continued Secret Nuclear Activities
The world looks to Paris today with shock and grief as we watched the recent terrorist attack on the famous Champs-Elysees. A terrorist opened fire in the most famous tourist area in Paris on Thursday afternoon, one police officer lost his life and others were wounded. The terrorist was from ISIS and he deliberately targeted police officers. Just imagine if ISIS had access to a nuclear bomb? That might well be the result if Iran gets one.
The Iranian regime is known to support ISIS with not only money but also weapons. The threat to the world would be devastating. The Iranian regime is fully aware of that the only way to save the clerical regime in Iran would be if they obtain a nuclear bomb and become a nuclear power like the big boys in the west, but the NCRI is doing all in their power to prevent that. Today's press conference shed light on some of Iran's best-kept secrets when it comes to the enrichment of uranium that Iran is prevented from doing according to the nuclear deal they signed in 2015.
The NCRI has revealed the true intentions of the regime
The NCRI has revealed the true intentions of the regime, A regime that will break every deal if it helps them becoming a nuclear power. The main task for the NCRI in this matter is to make the world leaders aware of the nuclear threat that is coming from Iran and to make sure that the world leaders realize how severe that threat is. The Iranian regime has received nuclear technology from north Korea. That means that they are one step closer to a nuclear bomb. The president-elect of the Iranian resistance, Maryam Rajavi have been warning us for several years that the Iranian regime would never give up the pursuit of becoming a nuclear power and the revelations from today's press conference proved her right.  So this is the time to put a stop to all uranium use in Iran. They must be prohibited from using uranium in any form and the IAEA must have access to all facilities where there is uranium stored or used.  The only solution to neutralize the nuclear threat from Iran is a regime change, in point 10 in the ten point plan for Iran, the NCRI states that under their tenure want a non-nuclear Iran, free of weapons of mass destruction and that they will work for peace and tranquility in the whole middle east region.

Iran is surrounded by lethal crises

Iran in Crisis

The recent dust storms that wreaked havoc in southwest Iran signaled only one of the many crises the mullahs are facing less than three months before critical elections. Tehran has been hit with severe blows during the Munich Security Conference, contrasting interests with Russia, the recent escalating row with Turkey, and most importantly, a new U.S. administration in Washington.

These crises have crippling effects on the mullahs’ apparatus, especially at a time when Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei sees his regime facing a changing balance of power in the international community, and is faced with a major decision of selecting the regime’s so-called president.(Read full Article)

Dissidents Demand Investigation Into Iran's Secret U.S. Lobbying Network

BY: Adam Kredo
February 20, 2017 5:00 am

A group of nearly 100 prominent Iranian dissidents is demanding that Congress launch investigations into clandestine efforts by the Islamic Republic to influence U.S. policy using a network of lobbyists and propaganda pieces placed in Voice of America's Persian service, according to a letter sent to leading lawmakers and obtained by the Washington Free Beacon.

The group of dissidents, composed of prominent Iranian voices that oppose the hardline regime in Tehran, says that Congress is not doing enough to expose the Iranian regime's lobbying efforts in D.C. and propaganda network, which is said to include some at VOA Persia.

Iranian-American groups claiming to represent American interests are said to be carrying water for the Islamic regime inside the White House and on Capitol Hill, according to these dissident voices.

The letter cites VOA's Persian service as a source of pro-Iran corruption. The Free Beacon has reported multiple times on claims that VOA has been infiltrated by Iran regime loyalists who seek to spin coverage in a favorable way for Tehran. In one instance, an Iranian dissident was barred from appearing on VOA Persia for voicing critical opinions about the regime.

The letter comes at a time when the Trump administration is seeking a tougher approach on Iran for its repeated violations of international accords governing the nuclear deal. The dissidents maintain that U.S. officials have been too soft on the regime and ignored its surreptitious efforts to make American diplomacy more generous to Tehran.

"We write to request a congressional hearing on the efforts of Tehran's theocratic regime to influence U.S. policy and public diplomacy toward Iran," the dissidents write to Sen. Bob Corker (R., Tenn.) and Rep. Ed Royce (R., Calif.), the heads of Congress' foreign affair committees, according to copies of the letter obtained by the Free Beacon.

"We ask that you launch an investigation into any and all lobbying activities of Iranian-American groups, which ostensibly promote the interests of our community but whose real goal is to undermine long-term U.S. national security interests in Iran and its neighborhood," the dissidents write.

Organizations such as the National Iranian American Council, or NIAC, which played a key role in championing the Iran nuclear agreement and worked closely with the Obama administration, have long operated under a cloud of suspicion. Dissident voices maintain that NIAC in particular serves as a mouthpiece for Iran's regime in the United States.

The group of dissidents—which includes foreign policy experts, university professors, interfaith leaders, prominent real estate developers, and human rights activists, among others—also requested that Congress shine a light on VOA Persia's activities.

"We also ask that you launch an inquiry into the Voice of America's Persian service, whose bloated budget is the largest of all language services under the VOA," they write.

"There have been numerous instances of editorials by the VOA's Persian service that have been lenient or favorable to Iran's clerical despots. We consider this to be totally unacceptable and demoralizing for pro-democracy Iranians who watch these broadcasts."

Such hearings would compliment past efforts by Congress to investigate corruption at VOA, including what many describe as its pro-Tehran bent.

Peter Kohanloo, a chief architect of the letter and president of the Iranian American Majority, told the Free Beacon that the missive represents an unprecedented effort by Iranian dissidents to expose the Iranian regime's "influence-peddling agenda."

"Never before have so many Iranian dissidents of different political persuasions and backgrounds come together to speak with one unified voice," Kohanloo told the Free Beacon. "This historic letter is a clear and unmistakable message to Tehran that we will no longer tolerate their influence-peddling agenda, which divides our community and demoralizes pro-democracy activists in Iran."

The group of dissidents informed lawmakers that they are all willing to testify publicly at congressional hearings on both of these matters.
